Recommended Shipping Dates




First/Full Session Campers

For best available pricing (ground service), please schedule your shipment for pickup between June 2, 2026 and June 10, 2026 (pickup dates vary by location).

 

All bags must arrive at our partnered warehouse by June 15, 2026 so they can be sorted and prepared for delivery.

 

ShipCamps will deliver all baggage to Camp Manitou on Saturday, June 19, 2026 as arranged with camp. Your camp has arranged for all bags to be delivered on one day.



Second Session Campers

For best available pricing (ground service), please schedule your shipment for pickup between June 29, 2026 and July 7, 2026 (pickup dates vary by location).

 

All bags must arrive at our partnered warehouse by Friday, July 10, 2026 so they can be sorted and prepared for delivery.

 

ShipCamps will deliver all baggage to Camp Manitou on Thursday, July 16, 2026 as arranged with camp. Your camp has arranged for all bags to be delivered on one day.
