About Sanborn Western Camps
Nestled in the wilderness of Colorado, Sanborn Western Camps offers three different youth camp experiences for ages 7-16. The camps own more than 6000 acres of open pine forest, wildflower meadows, and rocky bluffs, an unparalleled setting for outdoor adventures. Their fun, relaxed atmosphere and caring staff provide a supportive environment for individual growth in self-confidence, independence, and awareness of others.

Sanborn Junior Camp (ages 7-10), introduces youngsters to camping while providing an impeccable outdoor mountain experience.

Big Spring Ranch (ages 9-16), is a boys camp that allows campers to partake in a variety of outdoor activities from fishing, camping, canoeing, swimming, and riding. Campers will also take 14,000 ft. mountain climbs and backpack through the Rockies.

High Trails Ranch (ages 9-16) is an all-girls camp that focuses on fun, friendships, relaxation, outdoor adventures, and life skills development. From horseback riding, mountain climbing, and backpacking, this camp has it all.
